Can I add or remove items from my order?

Yes! We can add or remove items from your order, if it hasn’t already been shipped. Just email info@olliesplace.com.au immediately with your request quoting your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! We can cancel your order and issue full refund as long as it hasn’t already been shipped. Just email info@olliesplace.com.au immediately with your request quoting your order number.

Can I combine my orders?

Yes! We can combine orders if it hasn’t already been shipped to save you postage. However, this can not be guaranteed.  It is best for you to contact us by email quoting both order numbers.

Do I need to provide my email address?

Yes! You need to provide your email address so we can send you your confirmation and tracking information. Without your email address, updates cannot be provided.

Why haven’t I received any confirmation/updates of my order?

Most likely it’s either because you did not provide your correct email address or it has landed in your junk mail box. That’s why it is important for you to provide your email address when placing the order. Also if you have more than 1 email addresses and you are not sure which you provided to us, it’s worthwhile to check them all.

Oops, I gave the incorrect address, what should I do?

We understand mistakes happen, please email us immediately to info@olliesplace.com.au and quote your order number from your confirmation email. We will update your address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we cannot change your address.

Returns/Refunds

What is your return and exchanges policy?

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on eligible items that meet the following criteria:

  • Proof or purchase is provided, e-receipt, tax invoice, packing slip, gift receipt.
  • It is within 30 days of purchase
  • Item must be in original saleable condition (unworn and unwashed)
  • Items are free of any fragrance
  • Items must still have all original labels, tags, packaging and hygiene stickers attached. This includes anti wardrobing sash found on all party & formalwear items.

How do I do an online return?

If you choose to return your online purchase to our online store, simply send the item back to:

Although proof of purchase is not necessary, please make sure you quote your order number when sending back the item/items.

Do I have to pay to return/exchange an item?

Yes, you will be responsible for your own return/exchange costs.

If you require a refund, please be aware that if the refund results in your order value no longer meeting the value eligible for free-shipping, we will deduct our incurred shipping cost of sending your original order from your refund.

How do I exchange items online?

If you are after an online exchange, please contact info@olliesplace.com.au advising which items you are returning and what items and the size you would like to exchange to. This way we can check stock availability, put the items on hold and provide you with a hassle-free service!

Please include a pre-paid self-addressed return post bag for us to send you the replacement.

Can I return items purchased online for a refund in store?

No, sorry you can’t return in store for a refund, but you can return in store for an exchange. 

Can I exchange items purchased online in store?

Eligible items purchased online can be returned in store for an exchange only.   

If you are after a refund, it must be returned online.

Can I return items purchased in store online?

No, sorry you can’t return an in store purchase online.

Can I return items I purchased on sale?

Yes!  You can return sale items as long as they meet our return policy criteria.

How long does an online refund take?

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned items.  Please allow 2-5 (but can up to 10) business days for the refund to go through your bank.

What if I paid with a gift card?

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid via gift card you will receive a gift card for the same value minus postage if your order no longer meets free postage qualification.

How do refunds work with buy now pay later services?

Refund will be processed back to original payment method.  If you used afterpay or PayPal your refund will be processed back to that payment method.

I haven’t got my refund?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us on info@olliesplace.com.au

Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping?

FREE standard shipping for orders over $80.

$11.99 for all orders under $80.

$16.99 for express shipping.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Sydney

Once I place an order how long until it’s shipped?

Allow approximately 2-7 business days for your order to be processed (post payment) for orders within Australia.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your Australian Post tracking details.

You can track your orders delivery status using the link in the email.

Do you ship orders on weekends and public holidays?

Sorry, we don’t ship over the weekend or public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Allow approximately 2-5 business days for standard delivery (post processing)

Allow approximately 1-3 business days for express delivery (post processing)

Please understand that above is estimate only.  Ollies Place uses a third-party courier service for parcel delivery and we do not have control over your delivery time.

I paid for Express Post, will my delivery be guaranteed next day?

According to Australia Post, their fastest parcel shipping service generally takes 1-3 business days. Unfortunately we are not in a position to guarantee your delivery time even if you have paid for Express Post.

What if my order has been “Returned to Sender”?

Return to Sender is not a free service by the courier service provider.

If your parcel was unable to be delivered due to incorrect address or not collected from pick up location on time, and your parcel was subsequently returned to sender by the courier service provider, you will be liable for any return to sender cost charged by the service provider.

Do you deliver to PO boxes/Parcel Lockers?

Sorry, we don’t deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers

Do you ship international?

We currently only ship to New Zealand .

$17.99aud for all New Zealand orders.

We do not provide a free shipping service for New Zealand deliveries.

Where will my parcel be delivered to?

Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided on your order.

What payment options are available?

All major cards, Afterpay, PayPal, Zippay.

Can I change my payment method?

Sorry, you cannot change your payment method once you pass the checkout point.

Gift cards

How will I receive my gift card?

An email containing the gift card redemption code will be sent to the recipient’s email immediately after order is placed. If the confirmation email has not been received, please check your junk mail box first, or contact info@olliesplace.com.au.

How do I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your gift card at the checkout point. Just click on the “Discount code or gift card” button and enter your gift card redemption code which is in the gift card confirmation email we sent to you.

How long do gift cards last?

Gift cards last for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Can I use an online gift card in store?

Sorry no, online gift cards can only be used with our online store, not in store.

Can I use in store gift voucher and other vouchers online?

Sorry no, in store vouchers can only be used in store, not online.
