Terms & Conditions
1. Entrants must be 12 years of age or under. Open only to children based in Australia or New Zealand.
2. All entries should be original to the entrant, and primarily completed by the child. Entries must not infringe any copyright laws according to Australian intellectual property laws. Entries must not have been exhibited in its current form or similar idea in any other event or competition, or published or produced in any other way.
3. Ollies Place do not assume any responsibility for materials submitted in violation of competition rules or for those which violate copyright regulations. Ollies Place will investigate claims of copyright infringement to the best of its ability, and will remove and disqualify submissions that are clearly demonstrated to violate copyright and/or competition policies. Ollies Place will act to maintain the integrity of the competition, but is not responsible for any damages resulting from images submitted in violation with rules and regulations.
4. All entrants understand that any image submitted to the competition may be used by Ollies Place for production and merchandising, marketing and promotional purposes, including in the use of garments for sale, though there may not be monetary compensation. By winning or placing in the competition, you are agreeing to be included in any social media announcements relating to the competition.
5. Ollies Place have the right to photograph and use photographs of the entered garments for publication advertising or promotional use including sponsor promotion. Ollies Place reserve the right to display your entry piece in future promotions.
6. The competition prize is set at, but not limited to, 1 x $100 Gift Voucher. The winners entry will also be considered by the Ollies Place Creative Team to include in our next Winter Range, where it will be translated into a children's garment entirely at the creative discretion of the Ollies Place Design Team. It must be noted production of any eventuating item is subject to design, production, manufacturing and shipping constraints and may have to be cancelled if for any reason it is no longer viable.
7. There may be additional entrants, although not in receipt of the $100 Gift Voucher price, selected by the Competition Panel to be considered for inclusion in our upcoming winter season or following. Any such runners up will receive any resulting manufactured design for their possession, though there may not be further monetary compensation.
