Cheesecloth is a light, crinkled cotton weave that lets air through, which makes it one of the coolest fabrics for babies in an Australian summer. This collection gathers all our cheesecloth baby clothes in one place: rompers and sunsuits, collared shirts, shorts and a tiered dress, in soft colours and prints that suit everyday wear as well as family occasions.

Cheesecloth rompers and sunsuits

One-piece rompers are the simplest way to dress a baby on a hot day. Choose the Baby Boy Blue Cotton Cheesecloth Romper, the Pewter Cheesecloth Sunsuit, the Girls Peach Boho Cheesecloth Romper or the Pink and Blue Hydrangea Print Cheesecloth Romper. See more styles in baby boy rompers and baby girl rompers.

Cheesecloth shirts and shorts

For a smarter look, the Sailboat, Blue and Palm Trees cheesecloth collared shirts pair with Palm Tree Cheesecloth Shorts, Cheesecloth Cargo Pocket Shorts or the plain Blue and Sky Blue Cheesecloth Shorts. A cheesecloth shirt and shorts works for birthday parties, Christmas Day and summer weddings without feeling hot or stiff.

Cheesecloth dresses for baby girls

The Peachy Tiered Cheesecloth Dress has a relaxed, floaty shape that is easy to wear over a nappy. Browse more baby girl dresses for other fabrics and prints.

Caring for cheesecloth

Cheesecloth is meant to look gently crinkled, so there's no need to iron it. Wash on a cool, gentle cycle and line dry in the shade to keep the colours bright. Always check the care label on each garment first.
